Need a trustworthy garage in Al Quoz, tired of getting overcharged

My Santa Fe has been making this weird rattling sound for two weeks now and I've been putting off getting it looked at because honestly I dread the whole garage experience here. Last time I went to a place in Al Quoz they charged me for stuff I'm pretty sure I didn't need and the sound came back anyway. A guy at my gym said he found his mechanic through https://800sayara.com/ and had a decent experience, but I want to hear from more people before I commit to anything. Does anyone have a go to place they actually trust for diagnostics? I don't mind paying fair money for real work, I just hate feeling like I'm being played. Also if you know roughly what a diagnostic scan should cost, that would help me not get fleeced again.
