New here — experimenting with AI-generated visuals for dev projects

Hi everyone,

I’m new to the forum and glad to be here. I spend most of my time working on small dev projects, demos, and side experiments where explaining ideas clearly is just as important as writing the code itself.

Recently, I’ve been exploring MakeShot.ai (https://makeshot.ai
), an AI tool that generates images and videos from text prompts. From a developer’s perspective, what interests me most is how tools like this can speed up visual prototyping — for example, creating quick demo visuals, placeholder assets, or short explainer clips without diving into heavy design or video software.

I don’t see it as a replacement for traditional workflows, but more as a lightweight companion when you want to test ideas fast or communicate concepts visually during early development.

Looking forward to learning from the community here and exchanging thoughts on tooling, workflows, and creative experiments that sit at the intersection of code and content.

Nice to meet you all!
