Just picked up a Macan GTS and the brake dust is unreal, anyone switched to low dust pads that don't ruin the bite

Picked up a 2018 Macan GTS a few weeks ago and I'm absolutely loving everything about it except for the fact that the front wheels go from looking like a million dirhams to looking like I've been off roading in a coal mine within about two days of normal Dubai driving and I'm already tired of the bi weekly wheel cleaning ritual, the factory pads have plenty of life left according to the service history but I'm seriously considering swapping them out early just for my own sanity because the dust is just relentless. I've been reading up on the ceramic options from Akebono and Textar and some people swear they cut the dust by like eighty percent while others say you lose that initial cold bite which is kind of important when you're dodging taxis on SZR, and I'm not trying to turn my Porsche into a Toyota in terms of pedal feel just to save myself some scrubbing time. I know there's a handful of Porsche brake pad specialists in Dubai, UAE that deal with this exact question every day but I wanted to hear from actual owners who've made the switch on their Macan or Cayenne and lived with it for a few months, does the novelty of clean wheels wear off when you have to press the pedal a bit harder or is it genuinely one of those upgrades you wish you'd done on day one. I'm also slightly paranoid about the warranty situation even though the car is out of factory coverage but the last thing I need is some dealer tech blaming my aftermarket pads for a completely unrelated issue down the line because we all know how that conversation goes.
