Has anyone used that Mercedes shock absorber site before booking a repair?

I'm trying to get my 2015 S550 ready for the summer because the ride has gotten noticeably harsher, especially on the rear left, and I think the air suspension strut might be failing. I found a page at https://suspensionrepairdubai.ae/merced ... placement/ that looks detailed, but I've been burned before by places that look professional online but turn out to be just a guy with a jack. Has anyone actually booked through them or used that workshop? I don't want to drop off my car for a week only to be told it needs a full set of struts at dealer prices. Would love to hear from another Mercedes owner who's used them for air suspension work, or if I should keep looking. Really don't want to get this wrong.
