Any experience with battery replacement shops in Sharjah?

I'm at that point where I know I need to replace my car battery soon, but I'm honestly dreading the whole process because I've had such mixed experiences with garages in the past. My SUV is a 2016 model and the battery is still the original one from the factory, which I think is pretty impressive given the heat here, but lately it's been struggling to crank on those humid mornings and I can tell it's on its last legs. The thing is, I'm not really a car person and I don't know much about battery specs or brands, so I feel like I'm an easy target for someone who wants to overcharge me or sell me something that's not quite right for my vehicle. I drive a Japanese SUV, nothing too fancy, but I do want to make sure I get a battery that's going to last and handle the extreme temperatures we get here during summer. I've heard that some brands are better than others for this climate, but I'm not sure which ones to look for or what the price range should be for a decent quality battery. Also, I'm a bit confused about whether I need AGM or just a standard flooded battery – some people say AGM is better for cars with start-stop systems, but my car doesn't have that feature so maybe I don't need to spend the extra money.
