1. Test your network connection and make sure that you are online.
2. Clear the DNS cache and browser cache of your device.
3. Set your DNS resolver to a known public (e.g. 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8).
4. Another way to eliminate local DNS problems is to test in a device or network other than the one where the site is being tested.
